If Bush believes Scooter Libby to be guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice as convicted, why hasn't he, as part of his commutation of Libby's sentence, publicly urged Libby to now tell the full truth and cooperate with Fitzgerald's investigation?
Why doesn't some reporter ask him this?
